Wellness Week, Back to School - Thieves Dish Soap

Each day this week I am going to post an item that we feel has made our home happier, healthier and calmer for the school year ahead. I seriously don’t know what I did without these things in my life. I’m starting the week off sharing, the Thieves Dish Soap. All the Thieves products I have tried are AMAZING, but let’s break it all down and start with the dish soap.

**I am working on a blog post all about Thieves and it’s magic, so stay tuned for that… it’s a long one!

Why the Thieves Dish Soap?

Okay, last year I would not have had a single thought further about what kind of dish soap to buy. But, wowza, do a little bit of research on your own and you start to realize that so many products in your home are damaging your body. Can I keep chemicals from my family at all times? No. But where I can try and make a small change, I’m going to.

In comes the Thieves Dish Soap. Think about it, we wash our dishes every day with a soap that we have no idea what kind of ingredients are in it. That’s bad. You know what else is bad? When the yucky trace of the dishwasher detergent is left behind on the dishes after you run them through the dishwasher. Even if you can’t see the residue you know it’s there. I don’t want to put that ish into my body, let alone my kid’s bodies!

Naturally derived and plant-based, Thieves Dish Soap cleans with the power of pure essential oils, Jade Lemon and Bergamot essential oils give the dish soap a fresh citrus scent that makes your home so bright and happy smelling. With no sulfates, phosphates, dyes, or perfumes, it gentle in every wash – on your dishes and your body.

I have been using this dish soap to wash pots and pans and most recently started using it in the dishwasher, magic.
